November's church health training with New Church Specialties Coach Lonnie Bullock will focus on Holistic Small Groups and Loving Relationships.  These are the next generation of presentations for these topics and include new learning and discovery.

Holistic Small Groups
Come learn best practices and new learning on how your church can have an effective small group ministry.  The Holistic Small Group workshop will focus on exploring how to better help people live in community as followers of Christ.  We will take a look a what makes a small group holistic and explore some proven small group models that are effective in churches today.  We will identify some of the roadblocks to effective small group ministry and how to overcome them.  We will explore how to have an effective small group ministry regardless of the size of the church. 

Loving Relationships
The world will know we are His disciples by our love.  In this workshop we will walk through how to create a climate in the church to assure that people are connected relationally.  We will explore some of the roadblocks  to meaningful relationships and how to overcome them.  We will spend some time exploring how to best work through and resolve conflict in the church so that are relationships can be honest and open.  We will share some proven best practices of how churches have created an environment for loving relationships.
